## Introduction

This Regulation should be without prejudice to practices prohibited under Union law, including under data protection, anti-discrimination, consumer protection and competition law.

## Content

Practices that are prohibited by Union law, including data protection law, non-discrimination law, consumer protection law, and competition law, should not be affected by this Regulation.
