In order to promote and protect innovation, the AI-on-demand platform, as well as all relevant Union funding programmes and projects, such as the Digital Europe Programme and Horizon Europe, should contribute to the establishment of computing and data capabilities, as well as access to testing and experimentation infrastructures, to foster the development of safe and reliable AI systems throughout their life cycle.
In order to promote and protect innovation, the AI-on-demand platform, all relevant Union funding programmes and projects, such as Digital Europe Programme, Horizon Europe, implemented by the Commission and the Member States at Union or national level should, as appropriate, contribute to the achievement of the objectives of this Regulation.
