This article applies to all entities and individuals subject to the Regulation within the European Union.
Article 87 extends the scope of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 to include reports of breaches of this Regulation, ensuring protection for whistleblowers.
Directive (EU) 2019/1937 shall apply to the reporting of infringements of this Regulation and the protection of persons reporting such infringements.
