This recital applies to all providers of high-risk AI systems placing products on the EU market, including those established outside the Union who must appoint an authorized representative.
A specific natural or legal person, defined as the provider, should assume responsibility for the placing on the market or putting into service of a high-risk AI system.
Il convient qu’une personne physique ou morale spécifique, définie comme étant le fournisseur, assume la responsabilité de la mise sur le marché ou de la mise en service d’un système d’IA à haut risque, indépendamment du fait que cette personne physique ou morale soit ou non la personne qui a conçu ou développé le système.
