Article 98 establishes a committee to assist the Commission, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, with the application of Article 5 for reference.
1. La Commission est assistée par un comité. Ledit comité est un comité au sens du règlement (UE) n o 182/2011.
2. Lorsqu’il est fait référence au présent paragraphe, l’article 5 du règlement (UE) n o 182/2011 s’applique.
