Mission
You will make Vocalia a reliable, fluid, and useful voice experience for users who do not have the time to fill out forms.
What you will do
- Improve real-time flows, transcription, and tool calling.
- Reduce latency, errors, and conversational breakdowns.
- Design the necessary guardrails for compliance topics.
- Measure session quality and iterate with support and product teams.
What we are looking for
- Experience with voice agents, audio streaming, or real-time systems.
- Very high proficiency in TypeScript/Node.
- Sensitivity to conversational UX and operational quality.
