You will make the Compaia companion more reliable, explainable, and useful in high-stakes contexts.

## What you will do
- Improve RAG pipelines and retrieval strategies.
- Create evaluations to measure hallucinations, citations, and coverage.
- Design prompts and internal tools for document generation.
- Implement guardrails adapted to regulatory content.

## What we are looking for
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluations.
- Strong rigor regarding sources and traceability.
- Ability to deliver quickly without sacrificing quality.
