Mission

You will make the Compaia companion more reliable, explainable, and useful in high-stakes contexts.

What you will do

Improve RAG pipelines and retrieval strategies.
Create evaluations to measure hallucinations, citations, and coverage.
Design prompts and internal tools for document generation.
Implement guardrails adapted to regulatory content.

What we are looking for

Experience with LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluations.
Strong rigor regarding sources and traceability.
Ability to deliver quickly without sacrificing quality.
